Business Presentation Specialist

Business Overview:

Galytix “GX” is a banking and insurance industry- specialised generative AI language model. GX empowers credit analysts and claims managers with a Personalised AI Assistant delivering a step-change in their productivity and decision making. GX is fed by sector specific data and knowledge and easily adaptable through ontology layer to reflect institution-specific rules and governance.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Presentation Design: Create visually appealing, professional presentations using PowerPoint and other graphic design software.
  • Content Structuring: Organize and structure content effectively to convey key messages clearly and persuasively.
  • Data Visualization: Transform data and complex concepts into intuitive charts, infographics, and visual elements.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and executive leadership, to understand objectives and deliver tailored presentation materials.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all presentations align with corporate branding and style guidelines.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Tool Proficiency: Stay updated with the latest design and presentation tools to enhance deliverables and incorporate innovative solutions.


Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience: 2–5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a corporate or consulting environment.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Basic understanding of excel


Soft Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • Keen attention to detail and a creative mindset.
