Job Summary :

We are seeking a creative and user-focused UI/UX Designer to join our design team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing digital interfaces that provide exceptional user experiences across web and mobile platforms.

You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate business goals into user-centered design solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Conduct user research, gather insights, and analyze user behavior to inform design decisions.

- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications.

- Design visually compelling user interfaces aligned with brand guidelines and modern design trends.

- Develop and maintain UI style guides, design systems, and pattern libraries to ensure consistency.

- Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand requirements and translate them into intuitive designs.

- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve designs.

- Ensure designs are responsive and optimized for different devices and screen sizes.

- Stay updated on industry best practices, design tools, and emerging technologies.

- Advocate for the user throughout the product development lifecycle.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

- Proven experience (typically 2+ years) as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.

- Strong portfolio showcasing UX research, wireframes, prototypes, and visual design work.

- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.

- Good understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.

- Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Ability to balance creativity with practical implementation constraints.

- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
