Job Title: Interior DesignerJob Role:Responsible for planning, designing, and executing interior spaces for residential and commercial projects. The designer should create functional, aesthetic, and cost-effective design solutions that align with client requirements and company standards.Responsibilities:- Meet with clients to understand project requirements, budget, and preferences. - Prepare design concepts, layouts, and mood boards. - Create detailed 2D drawings and 3D visualizations using AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar software. - Select materials, color schemes, furniture, and décor items. - Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and site teams for proper design execution. - Conduct regular site visits to ensure design accuracy (for male candidates). - Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and assist in cost estimation. - Stay updated with the latest interior design trends and materials.Requirements:- Qualification: Diploma or Degree in Interior Design / Architecture or related field. - Experience: 6 Months to 2 Years. - Software Knowledge: AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray, Photoshop, or similar tools. - Strong creativity, visualization, and communication skills. - Male and Female candidates can apply. - Male candidates must be willing to travel for site visits and outstation work.Additional Details:- Location: ECR, Akkarai - Salary: 20,000 to 25,000 - Travel: Required for male candidates (site visits and client coordination). - Immediate joiners preferred.
