Qualification Required:

Educational Qualifications:

  • A Master's degree in the concerned/relevant/allied discipline with at least 55% marks (or an equivalent grade on a point scale wherever grading is followed) from an Indian University, or an equivalent degree from an accredited foreign university.
  • Preference will be given to candidates who have obtained their degrees from premier institutions such as IIMs, IITs, or NITs.

Eligibility Test Requirement:

  • Candidates must have cleared the National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by the UGC or CSIR, or a similar test accredited by the UGC, such as SET.
  • Exemption from NET/SET shall be granted to candidates who have been awarded a Ph.D. degree in accordance with the UGC (Minimum Standards and Procedure for Award of M.Phil./Ph.D. Degree) Regulations, 2009 or 2016 and their subsequent amendments.

Skills Required:

  • Familiarity with the National Education Policy framework and UGC guidelines.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and students from diverse backgrounds.
