Job Description :
We are seeking a skilled and motivated ServiceNow Developer to join our IT Service Management team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with the ServiceNow platform, solid JavaScript development skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and services
2. Implement workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and UI actions
3. Integrate ServiceNow with third-party applications and platforms
4. Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow issues including performance bottlenecks
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and implement effective solutions
6. Maintain technical documentation and support knowledge transfer
Required Skills :
1. 4 to 8 years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform
2. Strong proficiency in JavaScript (client/server-side scripting)
3. Experience in developing custom applications within ServiceNow
4. Knowledge of ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB)
5. Familiarity with ServiceNow APIs, MID Servers, and integrations
6. Good understanding of Agile or ITIL methodologies
7. Excellent communication and documentation skills
