Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced one IT Recruitment Lead and 6 Recruitment consultants. with a strong background in managing recruitment across India and the UK. The ideal candidate will be hands-on with sourcing, managing end-to-end recruitment processes, and collaborating with global stakeholders to deliver top IT talent. This role requires deep knowledge of the talent landscape in both regions, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Global Recruitment: Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT roles across India and the UK regions, ensuring seamless hiring delivery.
- Sourcing Expertise: Personally drive sourcing strategies to identify top IT talent using platforms like Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and market mapping.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with hiring managers in India and the UK to understand specific role requirements, priorities, and hiring timelines.
- Candidate Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future IT roles in both regions.
- Market Insights: Leverage knowledge of the UK and India IT recruitment markets, including salary trends, skill availability, and cultural nuances.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, aligned with international standards.
- Recruitment Metrics: Track key performance metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, sourcing effectiveness) and report regularly to leadership.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with HR, business leaders, and global recruitment teams to align recruitment strategies with organizational goals.
- Process Optimization: Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance hiring efficiency and effectiveness.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of proven experience in IT recruitment with expertise in both the India and UK regions.
- Strong background in sourcing IT candidates for roles like software developers, DevOps engineers, data scientists, and other technical positions.
- Hands-on experience using Recruiter, job portals, and other sourcing tools.
- Familiarity with recruitment processes, labor markets, and compliance requirements in both the UK and India.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across global teams.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities across time zones.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate sourcing effectiveness and recruitment metrics.
