Role Overview We are seeking an experiencedElectrical Engineering Leadto head the design and engineering function for large-scaleEPC projectsin mission-critical and high-technology environments such asdata centers . The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in electrical systems design, strong leadership skills, and a proven ability to deliver complex engineering solutions on time and within quality standards. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the electrical engineering team to deliver high-quality, technically sound engineering solutions. Oversee thedesign and engineering of power distribution systemsfor mission-critical data centers, includingmedium and high voltage infrastructure . Ensure all designs comply with applicablelocal and international codes, standards, and best practices . Stay abreast of emerging technologies, evaluate their applicability, and identify associated risks and commercial implications. Collaborate closely withProject Management and Controls teamsto maintain adherence to project schedules and milestones. Coordinate withmulti-disciplinary engineering teams(Mechanical, Civil, Instrumentation, etc.) to ensure alignment and integration across all engineering disciplines. Work in partnership withProcurement, Contracts, and Construction teamsto ensure timely availability of technical documentation, drawings, and deliverables. Engage withEngineering Consultantsfor technical inputs, design reviews, and approvals on a day-to-day basis.Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree inElectrical Engineering(Master’s preferred). 18–25 years of relevant experience indesign and engineeringforEPC projects , particularly indata centers or similar high-technology facilities . Strong understanding ofelectrical distribution systems ,power quality ,redundancy , andreliability requirementsof mission-critical environments. Proven leadership and team management capabilities with excellent coordination and communication skills.
