Position Overview:

As an Onboarding Specialist at IgniteAndRise, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless transition for new hires into our company. You will be responsible for managing the entire onboarding process, from preparing materials to conducting orientation sessions and providing ongoing support to facilitate integration into their roles.


Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement effective onboarding plans and timelines for new hires.

- Coordinate with hiring managers and HR team to gather necessary onboarding materials and information.

- Prepare and distribute welcome kits, company policies, and other relevant documents to new employees.

- Conduct informative and engaging orientation sessions to introduce new hires to company culture, values, and policies.

- Guide new employees through initial training sessions and ensure they have access to necessary resources.

- Act as a point of contact for new hires during their onboarding journey, addressing queries and providing timely support.

- Collaborate with various departments to organize departmental introductions and job-specific training sessions.

- Monitor the progress of onboarding activities and implement improvements based on feedback and evaluation.

- Maintain accurate records of onboarding activities and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

- Evaluate the effectiveness of the onboarding process and recommend enhancements to streamline future onboarding experiences.


Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

- Proven experience in onboarding or HR operations, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-focused approach.

- Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.

- Proficiency in MS Office suite and HRIS software.
