Description:Role & responsibilities:- Deal with Aircraft Acquisition, Procurement of Spares, Deal with fuel Companies to get best deals, Cross Border Deals, Engine Contracts, Maintenance Contracts and so on.- Command Pilots, Quality control, Operations, Flight attendants, Security.- Coordinate Quality control, Operations manual, Security manual to be passed at DGCA.FDTL monitoring and planning:- Liaison with Airport authorities and Private airport operators.- Experience in Charter operations regulations or NSOP Operations (non-scheduled)- Well versed in Aircraft insurance contracts, Aircraft act 1934 and aircraft rules, Customs act/Customs duty, Banking regulations- Experience in major maintenance, aviation technical- Thorough with Pilots training, and licensing as well as Cabin attendant training- Should have handled operations particularly international destinations.
