We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Data Migration Specialist with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance and Controlling (FICO). The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing data migration activities, ensuring the successful transfer of financial and controlling data from legacy systems to SAP S/4HANA.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead data migration strategy, planning, and execution for SAP S/4HANA FICO implementation.

- Extract, transform, and load (ETL) financial data from legacy systems using SAP tools such as SAP Migration Cockpit, LTMC, SAP Query builder, and LSMW.

- Define and manage data mapping, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation processes.

- Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand data migration requirements and resolve data-related issues.

- Work closely with FICO functional consultants to ensure data integrity and alignment with SAP S/4HANA structures.

- Develop and execute test scripts for data validation and conduct data migration testing.

- Monitor data migration activities, troubleshoot issues, and provide support during cutover and go-live.

- Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and audit requirements.

- Document data migration processes, issues, and resolutions for future reference.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 5+ years of experience in SAP Data Migration, with a focus on SAP S/4HANA and FICO modules.

- Strong expertise in SAP Migration Cockpit, LSMW, and LTMC.

- Hands-on experience with data extraction, transformation, and load (ETL) processes.

- In-depth knowledge of SAP FICO (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Cost Center, Profit Center, and FM & GM will added advantage).

- Experience in data validation, reconciliation, and testing during migration projects.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to handle data-related challenges.

- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, technical, and business stakeholders.

- Excellent communication and documentation skill
