Job description:We are seeking a skilled Automation Engineer with hands-on experience in Playwright and Selenium to join our QA team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of automation frameworks, scripting, and test lifecycle management, along with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Key Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and maintain automation scripts using Playwright and Selenium. - Create and manage reusable automation frameworks for web-based applications. - Collaborate with developers and QA teams to identify test cases suitable for automation. - Execute automated test suites, analyze results, and report defects in detail. - Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab, etc.). - Participate in sprint planning and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. - Ensure high-quality releases by minimizing manual testing effort through automation.Required Skills and Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in automation testing. - Strong proficiency in Playwright and Selenium WebDriver. - Experience with any programming language such as Java, Python, or TypeScript. - Familiarity with test management tools (like JIRA, TestNG, or Postman). - Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and version control tools (Git). - Excellent analytical, debugging, and communication skills.Preferred Qualifications:- Experience with API automation testing. - Exposure to cloud testing platforms (BrowserStack, Sauce Labs, etc.). - Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.Employment Type: Full-TimeWork Mode: On-site (Bangalore)Job Type: Contractual / TemporaryContract length: 2 monthsABOUT QO-BOXQO-BOX is a fast-paced; Testing Service based company founded by aspiring entrepreneurs passionate about helping people achieve their dreams.
