Job Summary:


The Event Production & Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of event production and operations. This role involves planning, coordinating, and executing events from conception to completion, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.


Key Responsibilities:

Event Planning and Coordination:

  • Develop and manage event timelines, budgets, and logistics.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements.
  • Research and secure venues, vendors, and other resources.

Production Management:

  • Oversee all technical aspects of events, including audio/visual, lighting, and staging.
  • Coordinate rehearsals and ensure all production elements run smoothly.
  • Manage on-site operations during events to address any issues that arise.

Team Leadership:

  • Supervise and train event staff and volunteers.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment, ensuring all members understand their roles.

Client and Stakeholder Communication:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
  • Provide regular updates on event progress and address any concerns.

Post-Event Evaluation:

  • Conduct debriefs meetings to assess the success of events.
  • Gather feedback from clients and participants to improve future events.


Budget Management:

  • Monitor event budgets, track expenses, and ensure financial accountability.
  • Source new vendors and negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers to secure the best rates.
  • Having experience in event production and operations management.

Qualifications:
