About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and data-driven Digital Marketing and Content Lead to lead Haribols digital growth and shape its brand voice across platforms. This role will drive our online presence by managing paid campaigns, optimizing website and app traffic, and crafting compelling content that reflects Haribols mission of ethical sourcing, sustainability, and satvik values.

Type: Marketing:
- Lead and manage paid digital campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and programmatic advertising to drive customer acquisition and brand awareness.
- Optimize website and app traffic through SEO, SEM, and content-driven strategies, ensuring alignment with D2C growth objectives.
- Monitor and improve key performance metrics such as Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), and retention to maximize ROI and customer engagement.
- Run A/B tests to enhance campaign effectiveness and landing page conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Prepare regular reports and insights using tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Excel, translating data into actionable strategies.
Content and Social Media:
- Plan and execute content strategies across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, X).
- Craft compelling content: short-form videos, reels, blogs, captions, product storytelling, and brand campaigns.
- Create & manage the monthly content calendar aligned with product launches, festivals, partnerships, and business goals.
- Engage with the community by responding to comments, DMs, and queries, fostering a loyal brand following.
- Collaborate with in-house and external teams (agencies, designers, video editors, influencers) to deliver high-quality content.
- Lead end-to-end campaign execution for product launches and brand initiativesincluding planning, outreach, negotiation, briefing, coordination, approvals, and performance tracking.
Collaboration and Strategy:
- Collaborate with content, brand, design, and video editing teams to ensure high-quality, cohesive campaign execution.
- Work closely with agency partners to align digital and content strategies with broader business objectives.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, social media best practices, and emerging technologies to drive Experience
- 3-5 years in digital marketing, performance marketing, social media management, or brand content strategy, ideally with FMCG, D2C, food-tech, wellness, or lifestyle brands.
- Proven track record of managing end-to-end digital campaigns and delivering measurable results.
- Experience with D2C e-commerce platforms, app-based marketing, and influencer
management.
- Familiarity with regional markets and Indian consumer behaviour in urban and semi-urban MBA in Marketing, preferably from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 college.
- Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, email marketing or analytics (e.g., Google Analytics) are a plus.
- Proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, or Adobe Illustrator is Skills
- Digital Marketing: PPC campaigns, SEO/SEM, programmatic advertising, budgeting, funnel optimization, and landing page CRO.- Analytics and Tools: Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Business Suite, Shopify Analytics, Excel, and BI tools (e.g., Tableau).
- Content Creation: Copywriting, brand storytelling, basic video and graphic editing.
- Social Media Management: Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, reels, and digital communities.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to translate data into actionable storytelling that aligns with Haribols ethical and sustainable mission.
- Adaptability: Entrepreneurial mindset to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
