What Would This Role Entail?

As a part of the Analytics & Engineering Team, you will have a great chance to build tools and pipelines from early days by reinventing the concept of using data for the greater good.

● Work closely with the in-house tech team and write clean and well-documented code

● Ideate, design, and implement solutions using best practices

● Test and debug programs and pipeline

● Work in a collaborative environment

● Improve functionality of existing data pipelines and internal systems


Key Skills :

● 2+ years of experience in Python.

● Experience with flask or Django, REST APIs.

● Good Understanding and Hands-on experience with SQL and NoSQL

● Experience working with Cloud Services offered by AWS/GCP.

● Understanding and experience with Git and Github

● Has a good knowledge of Test-driven development

● Good Understanding and Hands-on experience with Testing and Debugging tools and techniques

● Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel / Google Spreadsheets

● Advance level problem-solving skills

● Comfortable working in a fast-growing startup environment

● Strong communication and presentation skills

● Self-motivated and result-oriented


Good to Have Skills :

● Experience with Shell scripting

● Passion to develop new algorithms

● Exposure of data visualization techniques and tools i.e. Business Intelligence tools
