Offshore Oil and Gas experience is mandatory

Joining Time : Immediate

 

  • procuring goods & services related to Drilling/ Well Completion, production facilities for Offshore and Onshore projects.
  • having good knowledge of equipment’s used in offshore industry and more particularly in. FPSO/ Drilling Rig/ Offshore Platforms etc.
  • should possess in depth knowledge of :

  i.     material handling , lifting , shifting especially ODC’s.

 ii.     various HSN codes and material codes used in oil and gas industry and should be well verse with Indian importation regulations/ port, naval and customs requirement.

 iii.     indian regulatory requirement with regard to all statutory clearances, GST compliances.

iv.     defining requirement, evaluating and charter hire of vessels, crew boats/ osv etc

 v.     handling and managing port operations day to day operations of loading and back load of the goods.

 vi.     complete life cycle of Contract /Procurement i.e procure to pay.

  • ability to develop and source alternate product / suppliers / technical / equivalent specification to achieve best techno-commercial option for the Company.
  • ensuring timely conclusion of qoods acquisition and supply chain activity.
  • liaising with Government Regulatory bodies for goods acquisition and import related requirements
  • preparation and monitoring of MIS on monthly basis showing list of commitments with value during the month, status of pending requisitions, contract status, delivery status etc.
  • developing competent, qualified and reliable Vendor data base to ensure maximum reach to the market and monitoring their performance.
  • maintaining and coordinating with offshore team to maintain optimum stock and minimum inventory levels are maintained on offshore facilities
