Job Summary :

We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on Technical Product Manager to drive the implementation of Infometry's products and support the engineering and business teams. This role requires a deep understanding of product lifecycle management, project execution, stakeholder communication, and hands-on technical problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the end-to-end implementation of Infometry's data analytics and automation products for customers.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, sales, and customer success to ensure seamless product deployment.

- Define product roadmaps, technical requirements, and project milestones to align with business objectives.

- Manage project timelines, risks, and deliverables, ensuring high-quality product implementations.

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs and feedback are incorporated into the product.

- Provide technical guidance to teams on architecture, data integration, and cloud platform deployments.

- Continuously optimize processes to improve efficiency and scalability in product implementations.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 6+ years of experience in product management within a technology-driven environment.

- Strong understanding of data analytics, cloud platforms (GCP, Snowflake, AWS, or Azure), and enterprise SaaS solutions.

- Experience in managing end-to-end software implementations and working with development teams.

- Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Proficiency in Agile methodologies, JIRA, Confluence, and technical documentation.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Nice-to-Have :

- Experience in big data, machine learning, or AI-driven solutions.

- Prior experience in a customer-facing technical role.

- Knowledge of ETL, data warehousing, or business intelligence platforms.
