Marketing & Brand Head📍 Mumbai | 🕐 Full-time | 🏢 On-siteAbout the Role:We’re looking for a dynamic and data-driven *Marketing & Brand Head* to lead the overall marketing strategy and brand building for our growing company. This is a leadership role that combines creative thinking with performance marketing, responsible for driving growth across all channels – website, marketplaces, and quick commerce.As the face of our marketing function, you'll guide a team of channel owners, shape our brand voice, conceptualize high-impact campaigns, and ensure consistent execution to meet business goals. If you're a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a passion for building customer-centric brands, we want to hear from you.Key Responsibilities:🔹 Marketing Strategy & Leadership• Develop and execute end-to-end marketing strategies aligned with business growth goals• Lead and mentor a team managing performance across digital channels• Ensure synergy and consistency across brand communication and customer touchpoints🔹 Sales & Promotions Planning• Own the offers and promotions calendar across all platforms• Collaborate with finance and ops on pricing, margins, and inventory alignment• Optimize marketing spends for maximum ROI🔹 Social Media & Content Marketing• Oversee social media strategy and content direction• Drive brand storytelling, influencer partnerships, and UGC initiatives• Monitor engagement metrics and continuously optimize performance🔹 Campaigns & Brand Initiatives• Plan and execute seasonal, festive, and topical campaigns (digital, influencer, offline, PR)• Measure campaign performance and its impact on brand and sales🔹 Events, Collaborations & Merchandise• Lead brand activations, events, and offline community initiatives• Drive creator and brand collaborations, along with merchandising strategies🔹 Analytics & Insights• Track KPIs like CAC, LTV, retention, and channel-wise ROI• Build dashboards and deliver weekly performance reviews to leadership• Drive decision-making through data and market insightsWhat We're Looking For:✔ Proven experience in Marketing Strategy, Digital & Content Marketing✔ Strong expertise in Brand Management and Social Media✔ Data-driven mindset with skills in Market Research & Analysis✔ Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration abilities✔ Proficiency with marketing tools and performance analytics✔ Prior experience in D2C, retail, or e-commerce is a strong plus✔ Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related fieldIf you're excited to take ownership of a high-impact marketing function and build a bold, consumer-loved brand — apply now or reach out directly
