Position Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Non-IT Recruiter to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for talent acquisition and expertise in sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates for non-IT roles across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Sourcing:

  • Utilize various platforms, networks, and job boards to identify and attract top talent for non-IT positions.

Screening and Shortlisting:

  • Review resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.

Client Coordination:

  • Collaborate with client organizations to understand their hiring needs and ensure timely fulfillment of recruitment goals.

Interview Coordination:

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients, ensuring seamless communication.

Candidate Engagement:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive recruitment experience.

Market Research:

  • Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring best practices for non-IT roles.

Database Management:

  • Maintain accurate records of candidates, interviews, and placements in the recruitment database.

Compliance:

  • Ensure recruitment processes adhere to company policies and relevant labor laws.

Reporting:

  • Generate regular reports on recruitment metrics, including sourcing effectiveness and placement success rates.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in recruiting for non-IT roles across diverse industries.
  • Strong understanding of non-IT recruitment practices and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • A proactive attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
