Description : Key Responsibilities : - Develop new user-facing features using modern JavaScript frameworks and libraries.- Build reusable, efficient, and scalable UI components.- Optimize applications for maximum speed, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility.- Collaborate with designers to translate wireframes and mockups into high-quality code.- Work closely with backend developers to integrate APIs and services.- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.- Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers.- Identify and troubleshoot UI/UX issues and improve application performance.- Stay updated with the latest frontend technologies, tools, and best practices.Required Skills & Qualifications : - 5 to 12 years of experience in frontend development.- Strong expertise in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.- Proficiency with modern frontend frameworks/libraries such as React.js, Angular, Vue.js, or Svelte (specify based on your tech stack).- Experience with state management libraries (Redux, MobX, NgRx, Vuex, etc.- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integrating frontend with backend services.- Knowledge of frontend build tools like Webpack, Babel, npm/yarn.- Understanding of browser rendering behavior and performance optimization techniques.- Experience with version control systems, primarily Git.- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Preferred Skills : - Experience with TypeScript.- Familiarity with testing frameworks such as Jest, Mocha, Cypress, or Selenium.- Knowledge of UI/UX design principles and tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.- Experience with CI/CD pipelines.- Exposure to accessibility standards and SEO best practices (ref:hirist.tech)
