We focus on "Simplifying Sealing Solutions" to enhance efficiency and prevent leakage and control emissions, making equipment more sustainable for future generations.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Sales Engineer for South India and North India Territory Preferred Location : South India -Chennai / Coimbatore ; North India - ChandigarhReporting to : National Sales HeadDuties /Responsibilities:1. The Role requires traveling and visiting at customer ends all across your territory.2. Engage with customers to understand their sealing requirements, operating environments, and technical specifications.3. We showcase the difference in using superior sealing solutions and the value addition if provides by allowing less downtime of the equipment and better production efficiency.4. The role requires understanding about the customer industry and structuring a technical solution in accordance with expectations.5. Our product is a fast moving consumable in the industry and we require quick decision making and fast actions.6. Making technical products presentations and demonstrating how a product will meet client needs, recommending solutions7. Build strong relationships with engineers, maintenance managers, and procurement teams at client sites. 8. Work closely with the production, quality, and engineering departments to ensure accurate product delivery and resolve technical issues.9. Use industry knowledge to position the company’s products as technically superior solutions.10. Manage Profitable Growth by Improving specified Gross Margin and specified Timely payment collectionsQualifications-Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. - Technical Sales and Sales Engineering skills - 4-6 years of experience in technical sales, pre-sales engineering, or a similar role. - Excellent in local language and English especially both writing and reading. - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in sales processes, negotiation, and contract structuring is vital to closing deals. - Should have Industry knowledge & Well known the Territory - Sound judgment, commercial awareness, and an understanding of business goals are needed to align technical solutions with customer needs. - Take responsibility and ownership, Self-driven with Passion. - Self-driven, good to accept the challenge, have a strong concept of teamwork. - Experience in the sealing and insulation industry is a plus
