Role Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP SLT Consultant to join our team in a lead role. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in SAP SLT (SAP Landscape Transformation) and a proven track record of successfully implementing data replication solutions across diverse system landscapes.

You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting SAP SLT solutions, ensuring high performance, data integrity, and seamless data delivery. This role requires excellent communication and client management skills, as you will be interacting with stakeholders at various levels.

Key Responsibilities :

- SAP SLT Expertise : Demonstrate expert-level knowledge in SAP SLT functionalities, including configuration, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.

- SLT Implementation : Lead the implementation of SAP SLT solutions, including configuring and developing interfaces for data replication from both SAP and non-SAP source systems to target systems (including Native HANA).

- Performance Optimization : Utilize various SLT performance optimization methods to ensure efficient and timely data replication.

- SLT Upgrades : Manage and execute SLT upgrade activities, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption to business operations.

- Data Sourcing : Design and implement solutions for sourcing data from SAP and non-SAP systems using SAP SLT.

- Issue Resolution : Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex issues related to existing SLT replications.

- Client Interaction : Effectively communicate with clients to gather requirements, provide updates, and manage expectations.

- Technical Leadership : Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members, acting as a subject matter expert.

Required Skills :

- SAP SLT Expertise : 6 to 8 years of hands-on experience in SAP SLT, with a deep understanding of its architecture, functionalities, and best practices.

- Data Replication : Proven experience in designing and implementing data replication solutions using SAP SLT.

- SAP and Non-SAP Sources : Experience in sourcing data from various SAP systems (e.g., ECC, S/4HANA) and non-SAP databases.

- SLT Performance : Expertise in SLT performance tuning and optimization techniques.

- Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Client Management : Strong client management and interpersonal skills.

- Problem-Solving : Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Nice-to-Have Skills :

- Native HANA : Experience with SAP Native HANA, including data modeling and SQLScript.

- SQL : Proficiency in SQL for data querying and analysis.

Detailed Job Description :

- Expert in the various SLT Performance methods, functionalities, and SLT upgrade activities.

- Experience in sourcing the data to and from SAP / Non-SAP to Native HANA.

- Testing and resolving issues in existing SLT Replications.

- Implementation experience in configuring & developing different interfaces using SLT.
