As an EPM Consultant (Oracle Fusion), you will be responsible for owning the design, configuration, development, and implementation of Oracle EPM solutions tailored to meet the specific needs of clients. You will leverage your strong business acumen and methodological skills to interpret data, optimize business processes, and deliver effective solutions. You will play a pivotal role in developing and deploying applications in areas such as Planning & Budgeting, Profitability and Cost Management, Financial Consolidation and Close, and Enterprise Data Management.


Key Responsibilities :


- Lead the business process design, configuration, and development for Oracle EPM solutions.


- Implement and configure solutions to meet client requirements, focusing on modules like Planning & Budgeting, Profitability and Cost Management, Financial Consolidation and Close, and Enterprise Data Management.


- Design and create applications, metadata, forms, reports, Business Rules, Calculation Scripts, Groovy Scripts, and integrations.


- Manage users, provisions, security, and approval process flows within the Oracle EPM suite.


- Participate in face-to-face client interactions to understand business requirements and provide solutions.


- Provide expert guidance and best practices during the full life cycle of EPM implementations.


- Ensure effective documentation of all configuration, processes, and integration aspects of the EPM solutions.


- Deliver presentations and reports to stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of solutions and progress.


Key Result Areas :


- Successful completion of Oracle EPM module configurations based on client requirements.


- Timely delivery of solutions that are aligned with business needs and within project timelines.


- Seamless integration and deployment of EPM applications, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.


- Client satisfaction through effective communication, face-to-face engagements, and consistent delivery of high-quality solutions.


- Accurate and comprehensive documentation for all stages of implementation, including configuration and custom scripts.


Required Qualifications :


- Minimum of 3+ years of experience working with Oracle EPM.


- Proven implementation experience in at least 2 Oracle EPM modules (e.g., FCCS, ARCS, EPBCS).


- Involved in 2-3 full life cycle EPM implementations, with one focusing on Planning & Budgeting, Profitability and Cost Management, Financial Consolidation and Close, or Enterprise Data Management.


- Hands-on experience in developing application metadata, forms, reports, Business Rules, Calculation Scripts, Groovy Scripts, and managing security processes.


- Strong customer engagement skills, including experience in face-to-face interactions.


- Excellent oral and written communication skills.


- Solid documentation and presentation skills.
