Responsibilities:

 

· Recruit top-tier consultants and subject matter experts for various industries and projects.

· Collaborate with C-suite professionals and industry veterans to deliver unparalleled expertise.

· Conduct comprehensive secondary research to identify potential subject matter experts and consultants in targeted industries and domains.

· Analyze and evaluate the expertise, experience, and credibility of potential candidates based on the research findings.

· Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and tailor the search criteria accordingly.

· Maintain accurate records of the research process and findings, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.

· Communicate effectively with potential candidates to assess their interest, availability, and fit for specific projects.

· Cultivate strong relationships with consultants, subject matter experts, and industry veterans through effective communication channels.

· Facilitate clear and concise communication between consultants and clients to ensure project objectives are met.

· Drive effective communication strategies to enhance project outcomes and client satisfaction

 

Qualifications:

 

·      Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.

·      Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

·      Excellent communication and presentation skills.

·      Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

·      Experience with primary research methods and platforms is a plus.
