Process Analysis and Improvement :

- Analyze existing finance processes to identify automation opportunities.

RPA Solution Design :

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into functional RPA solutions.

- Design and develop RPA bots to automate finance processes such as accounts payable/receivable, financial reporting, reconciliation, and data entry.

Project Management :

- Lead and manage RPA projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project goals.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree or relevant certification is a plus.

- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in finance, with a focus on process improvement and automation.

- Strong knowledge of finance operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, financial reporting, and reconciliation.

- Hands-on experience with RPA tools such as UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, or similar.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.

- Proficient in process mapping, documentation, and requirements gathering.

- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience in the technology sector, particularly in intelligent automation and AI.

- Proficiency with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau).

- Certification in business analysis (CBAP, CCBA) or project management (PMP, PMI-ACP).
