If you‘re passionate about pushing the boundaries of 3D visuals and can handle the full spectrum of the 3D pipeline, we want to hear from youAbout the RoleAs a 3D Generalist, you‘ll be at the heart of our creative process, contributing across the entire 3D pipeline to deliver stunning visuals for films, commercials, digital content, and immersive media. You‘ll work on everything from modeling and texturing to lighting, animation, FX, rendering, and compositing—blending technical expertise with artistic vision.What You‘ll DoCreate high-quality 3D assets, environments, and props that bring creative visions to lifeManage the complete 3D pipeline: modeling, texturing, shading, lighting, animation, FX, rendering, and compositingDevelop both photorealistic and stylized visuals depending on project requirementsCollaborate closely with creative leads to interpret briefs and execute shots with precisionSeamlessly integrate 3D elements into live-action platesOptimize scenes, assets, and workflows for performance and render efficiencyTroubleshoot technical and artistic challenges throughout productionParticipate in look-development for new projects and R&D for emerging tools and workflowsWhat We‘re Looking ForEssential Experience & Skills:Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience as a 3D Generalist in a VFX, animation, or post-production studioStrong proficiency in one or more of: 3DSMax, Maya, Blender, or HoudiniExcellent knowledge of texturing and look-dev tools (Substance Painter, Mari, or similar)Strong understanding of lighting and rendering with Arnold, Redshift, VRay, or comparable enginesSolid grasp of animation principlesStrong understanding of compositing fundamentalsA keen artistic eye for composition, color, realism, detail, and storytellingExcellent communication skills and proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, collaborative team environmentsStrong deadline management skills with the ability to multitask and own shots from concept to completionHighly Desirable:Experience with FX simulations (particles, smoke, fire, cloth, destruction)Proficiency in camera tracking and match movingExperience with Unreal Engine or AI-driven toolsWhy Join Us?Work on diverse, high-impact projects across film, commercial, and digital mediaCollaborate with a talented and creative team in a dynamic studio environmentContinuous learning opportunities with emerging tools and technologiesBe part of a company that values artistic excellence and technical innovationLocation & DetailsLocation: Mumbai (On-Site)Experience Level: Mid to SeniorType: Full-TimeHow to ApplyIf you‘re ready to make your mark and have a portfolio showcasing your 3D work, we‘d love to see it, Apply now We look forward to meeting talented 3D artists who are passionate about their craft
