Role and Responsibilities

1. Develops new software product concepts, designs, and/or enhancements to existing product design that reflect market and user requirements.

2. Conducts research and develops a good understanding of the customer's needs, new technologies, trends in the market, and competitors

3. Develops requirements documents, functional specifications, and mock-ups to clearly illustrate product ideas and concepts

4. Develops business plan for products and participates in all phases of the product development lifecycle, including analysis, design, testing, and integration of products

5. Work with cross-functional team to translate customer needs and technology directions into product definitions.

6. Prepare return-on-investment (ROI) analyses for new product proposals

Recommend future products and roadmap

7. Elicit, analyze and develop requirements with a clear articulation of user journeys, process flows, user stories, functional and technical specifications and direction for a compelling UI/UX.

8. Work closely with Architects, designers and the engineering to plan, execute and drive the roadmap

9. Interface with the Customer Success team to communicate relevant metrics to the customer Mobile app Shopify ecosystem
