Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Staff Photographer at RMS located in Noida. The Staff Photographer will be responsible for capturing and editing high-quality photographs, managing and organizing digital assets, collaborating with the creative team to develop visual concepts, and ensuring brand consistency across all visual materials.

This role requires expertise in product photography, model photography, and the creation of dynamic video content such as reels. The ideal candidate will have a strong creative vision, the ability to plan and execute photoshoots, and proficiency in both photo and video editing. The Staff Photographer will also assist in selecting and editing images for marketing campaigns and social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct product photoshoots, including planning, ideation, and execution to produce high-quality images that align with client branding and campaign goals.
• Organize and direct model photoshoots, choosing appropriate locations and themes in line with project specifications.
• Create engaging video content, including reels, for use on social media platforms, ensuring content is visually appealing and on-brand.
• Manage all aspects of the shooting environment, from lighting to equipment setup, to ensure high-quality production values.
• Edit photographs and videos to client specifications, using industry-standard editing software.
• Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to develop creative concepts and execute visions effectively.
• Maintain and manage photography and videography equipment.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in photography and videography to keep content fresh and engaging.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a professional photographer and videographer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills in product and model photography, as well as video content creation.
• Expertise in photo and video editing software, such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
• Creative thinker with excellent visual and technical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities and tight deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working collaboratively with clients and team members.
• Knowledge of current trends in digital media, particularly in photography and videography.
• A degree in Photography, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred, but not required.
