Hiring for Foreclosure – SME / Team LeadLocation: Mumbai / HyderabadNotice Period: Immediate or up to 30 daysQualification: Any GraduateExperience: 4–12 yearsPackage: SME – up to 8 LPA | TL – up to 12 LPAAbout the RoleWe’re looking for experienced professionals with strong expertise in US Mortgage Foreclosure and Bankruptcy processes. This role requires end-to-end foreclosure management experience and excellent communication skills.Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership:- Lead and motivate a foreclosure team to meet quality and productivity standards. - Manage team performance, provide feedback, and support career development. - Promote a positive work environment that encourages retention and teamwork. - Handle people-related matters in coordination with HR and management.Operations:- Manage day-to-day operations and ensure all KPIs are met. - Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly MIS / MBR / QBR reports. - Handle client interactions and escalations professionally. - Identify and resolve operational and technical issues promptly. - Conduct regular quality checks, training sessions, and performance reviews. - Mentor and guide foreclosure associates to improve process efficiency.Continuous Improvement:- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements. - Contribute ideas for improving efficiency and customer experience. - Conduct appraisals, provide structured feedback, and document performance outcomes.Required Skills & Experience- 2–10 years of experience in BPO / US Mortgage – Foreclosure domain. - Minimum 2 years of team handling experience. - Strong knowledge of US Mortgage Foreclosure and Bankruptcy processes. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Good interpersonal, time management, and planning skills. - Proficient in MS Office applications. - Flexible to work in different shifts.Why Join UsBe part of a team that values leadership, accountability, and continuous learning.
