We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Microsoft Azure Architect with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Microsoft Azure cloud services and a proven track record of designing, implementing, and optimizing Azure solutions.

This role requires expertise in cloud architecture, infrastructure as code, security, and scalability to drive successful cloud migrations and digital transformations for our clients.

Key Responsibilities :

Solution Design : Design end-to-end cloud solutions on Microsoft Azure, considering factors such as scalability, reliability, security, and cost optimization.

Architecture Review : Review and assess existing IT infrastructure and applications, identifying opportunities for migration to Azure and modernization.

Cloud Migration : Lead and manage cloud migration projects, including assessing workloads, designing migration strategies, and executing migrations to Azure.

Infrastructure as Code (IaC) : Implement infrastructure as code using tools such as Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates, Terraform, or Azure DevOps pipelines to automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration.

Security and Compliance : Design and implement security controls, policies, and compliance standards to ensure the security of Azure environments and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Scalability and Performance : Architect scalable and high-performance solutions on Azure, leveraging services such as Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure Functions, and Azure SQL Database.

Integration : Integrate Azure solutions with on-premises systems, third-party applications, and other cloud platforms, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability.

Cost Optimization : Optimize Azure costs by right-sizing resources, implementing cost management policies, and leveraging Azure cost management tools and services.

Documentation : Document Azure architectures, designs, and configurations, providing detailed documentation for clients and internal teams.

Mentorship : Mentor and guide junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement within the team.

Required Qualifications :

Education : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience : 8 to 12 years of professional experience in IT infrastructure, cloud architecture, and Microsoft Azure.

Technical Skills :

- Deep understanding of Microsoft Azure services and offerings across compute, storage, networking, and security.

- Proficiency in designing and implementing Azure solutions using services such as Azure Virtual Machines, Azure SQL Database, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure Functions, and Azure DevOps.

- Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools and techniques, such as ARM templates, Terraform, or Azure DevOps pipelines.

- Strong understanding of cloud security best practices, identity and access management (IAM), and compliance standards (e. g. GDPR, HIPAA, SOC 2).

- Knowledge of cloud-native architectures, microservices, and containerization technologies.

- Familiarity with hybrid cloud architectures and cloud migration strategies.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
