Role : Front-End Developer (React.js + Redux)

Job Overview :

We are looking for a highly skilled and passionate Front-End Developer with excellent proficiency in JavaScript, React.js, and Redux. Your primary focus will be to develop the intuitive and highly interactive UI/UX for our groundbreaking learning platform. This platform serves multiple user types, including Student, Parent, and Teacher Products, as well as our Virtual Classroom and other engaging features. Some familiarity with Node.js is preferred, as you'll be connecting your front-ends to APIs and occasionally developing your own.

Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement highly interactive, responsive, and visually appealing user interfaces for our core learning platform using React.js and Redux.

- Translate UI/UX designs and wireframes into high-quality code, ensuring technical feasibility and optimal user experience.

- Collaborate closely with product managers, backend developers, and UX/UI designers to understand requirements and deliver seamless, integrated solutions.

- Build reusable React components and front-end libraries for future use, promoting code consistency and efficiency.

- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability across various devices and browsers.

- Integrate front-end applications with RESTful APIs, occasionally developing basic Node.js APIs to support front-end needs.

- Implement state management effectively using Redux, ensuring predictable application behavior.

- Perform thorough testing (unit, integration) of front-end components and features to ensure robustness and reliability.

- Identify and address UI/UX issues and performance bottlenecks to enhance the user experience.

- Stay updated with the latest front-end technologies, best practices, and industry trends.

Requirements :

- Proven experience as a Front-End Developer with a strong portfolio showcasing complex UI/UX development.

- Expertise in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, and Redux for state management.

- Solid understanding of modern front-end build pipelines and tools (Webpack, Babel).

- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web design principles.

- Experience with consuming RESTful APIs.

- Some proficiency with Node.js for developing simple APIs or understanding backend

interactions is preferred.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in an agile environment.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related fieldor equivalent practical experience.
