About the Opportunity:
We are a U.S.-based private equity firm with a growing HFT (High-Frequency Trading) arm in Hyderabad. We are seeking an experienced Market Trader to join our team, where you’ll be managing hundreds of thousands of dollars in trading capital, focusing on US stock markets. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of high-frequency trading (HFT), leveraged trading strategies, and a successful track record in trading on the US stock exchange.
This is a high-stakes role where you will play a pivotal part in driving the success of our trading strategies. You’ll be responsible for executing trades with precision, managing risk, and maximizing returns on a daily basis.
What We Offer:
Competitive salary ranging from INR 35,000 – 60,000 per month (INR 420,000 – 720,000 annually) , plus performance bonuses based on profits generated.

Key Responsibilities:
Execute high-frequency trades on the US Stock Exchange, managing large portfolios and capital.
Develop and implement leveraged trading strategies that maximize returns while managing risk exposure.
Monitor market conditions, identify trading opportunities, and execute strategies in real-time.
Work closely with the quant team to optimize and execute automated trading strategies and improve overall performance.
Manage risk across portfolios, ensuring proper stops and limits are in place to minimize potential losses.
Provide daily reports on trading performance, market movements, and overall profitability.
Stay up-to-date with market trends, changes in regulations, and technological advancements that can impact trading performance.
Analyze market data to refine trading strategies and make informed decisions quickly under pressure.
Collaborate with the HFT team to continuously improve trading processes and enhance performance.
What You Bring to the Table:
Minimum 4-5 years of experience trading on the US Stock Exchange, with a proven track record in high-frequency and leveraged trading.
Deep understanding of trading platforms, risk management systems, and market analysis tools.
Proficiency in trading tools and platforms used for high-frequency trading, with the ability to execute trades in real-time.
Strong knowledge of leveraged trading, with experience in managing high-value trading accounts.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, where decisions must be made quickly and accurately.
Fluent in English, with strong communication skills to collaborate with both local and U.S.-based teams.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex market data and make strategic decisions under pressure.
Experience in algorithmic trading is a plus, but not mandatory.
