Role OverviewAs VP - Sales, you will lead the sales functions across Muzigal's Academy, Trade, and Online divisions. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring strong revenue growth across all our academies, delivering key sales metrics and helping establish Muzigal as the most trusted brand in music education. This role requires you to work closely with the VP of Sales & Operations to execute short-term and long-term goals aligned with Muzigal’s vision.
Key ResponsibilitiesAcademy Sales:- Achieve Head Start Targets: Ensure each new academy reaches 100 enrollments and ₹20 lakhs in billing within the first 3 months of opening.
- Revenue Management: Drive monthly revenue targets of ₹6 lakhs per academy and ₹1 lakh in musical instrument sales.
- Team Leadership: Manage and guide Cluster Managers, Front Desk Managers, and Franchise Owners to ensure smooth sales operations in every location.
- Franchise Success: Collaborate with Franchise Owners to enhance customer satisfaction and ensure compliance with Muzigal’s sales and operational standards.
- Trade Business Management: Oversee the Trade Sales Manager to ensure that Muzigal’s musical instruments trade achieves the desired sales targets.
- Vendor Partnerships: Build and manage relationships with musical instrument vendors to ensure the steady supply of high-quality products.
- Online Sales Head Management: Work with the Online Sales Head to achieve ₹2 lakhs in monthly sales per agent through Muzigal’s online platform.
- Customer Acquisition: Drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement through various online marketing channels.
- Marketing Strategy: Lead the marketing team consisting of Social Media Manager, Digital Marketing Manager, and Graphic Designer to create targeted campaigns that boost brand visibility and drive lead generation.
- Campaign Innovation: Collaborate with the marketing team to design impactful digital campaigns for local markets and pan-India growth.
- 24/7 Attitude: Be available to ensure round-the-clock support for sales teams and the marketing department to resolve challenges and seize opportunities.
- Strong leadership abilities to manage large teams across multiple sales functions.
- Hands-on experience in sales and marketing across both online and offline channels.
- Ability to lead by example and foster a high-performance culture.
- 24/7 attitude: Ready to support and guide teams at any time.
- Data-driven mindset to analyze metrics and improve performance.
- Exceptional communication skills to interact with franchise owners, team members, and customers.
- Proven experience in multi-unit sales management, preferably within the education or franchising sectors.
- Prior experience in managing sales and operations for a multi-location business, preferably in the education or franchise sector.
- Proven track record in achieving aggressive sales targets and driving franchise expansion.
- Hands-on experience with digital marketing, customer acquisition, and lead management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with cross-functional teams.
- Achieve 100 enrollments and ₹20 lakhs billing per academy within the first 3 months of operations.
- Maintain a ₹6 lakhs monthly billing target for each operating academy.
- Attain ₹1 lakh in monthly sales from the musical instrument trade.
- Ensure ₹2 lakhs in monthly online sales per agent.
- Drive effective marketing strategies to achieve lead generation and sales targets.
