NOC Engineer

Title : NOC Engineer (2-5 years of experience)

Location : Jaipur, India

Number of Positions : 20

Shift Timing : US/Rotational Shifts

Week Offs : 5 working days, 2 week offs

What You'll Do :

- Monitor a 24/7 platform, including network traffic and alerts.

- Respond to network outage alerts and perform initial troubleshooting.

- Collaborate with internal and external cross-functional teams to resolve platform-affecting issues.

- Ensure that all issues are clearly tracked, updated, and documented to ensure resolution.

Experience Required :

- A Master's/ Bachelor's degree in Computer Networking, Mathematics, or Computer Science.

- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in a similar role.

- Experience working in a Linux environment.

- Strong understanding of Layer 2 and Layer 3 networking (routing and switching).

- Proficient knowledge of TCP/IP in internetworking communications.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to gather, synthesize, and summarize data effectively.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to collaborate, prioritize, and solve problems in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Experience with Slack or Teams as a primary communication tool within a company.

Preferred Experience :

- Previous experience in a NOC (Network Operations Center) environment.

- Cisco/Juniper network certification.

- Experience troubleshooting wireless connections.

- Familiarity with Jira Ticketing for issue tracking.

2. OPS Round 1

3. OPS Round 2

4. Client Round (For a few profiles, only OPS 1 & OPS 2 will be conducted)

Training Duration :

- 15 days Classroom Training

- 15 days On-the-Job Training (OJT)
