No of years’ experience: min 7 yrs to 9 yrs or plus

  • Thorough understanding of DCPR / UDCPR. Strong knowledge of DCPR regulations.
  • Familiarity with MCGM/SRA/MHADA approvals.
  • Liaise with government authorities, including BMC, MHADA (Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority), and other relevant bodies.
  • Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp) with Excellent drawing skills.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

We are seeking a creative and skilled Architect to lead all aspects of architectural work, from initial planning to overseeing construction. With expertise in liasoning, BMC (Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation) coordination, and familiarity with DCPR (Development Control and Promotion Regulations). As a key member of our real estate team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with regulations, obtaining necessary approvals, and coordinating with relevant authorities.


Here are the key responsibilities and qualifications:

  • Control projects from start to finish to ensure high-quality, innovative, and functional design.
  • Develop ideas considering client needs, building usage, and environmental impact.
  • Ensure that all work adheres to specific standards, building codes, guidelines, and regulations.
  • Obtain necessary approvals for real estate development projects.
  • Collaborate with BMC officials for project-related matters. Handle documentation and submissions as required.
  • Contribute to design and planning, considering both aesthetic and functional aspects.
  • Review architectural drawings and ensure alignment with regulations.
  • All other management duties as assigned.


Education/qualification:

  • A relevant degree such as bachelor’s degree in architecture or related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Expert knowledge of building products, construction details, and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards.
