We are looking for Talent Acquisition Manager- Human Resource Jaipur Rajasthan Job Description- Leveraging all available sourcing channels to meet hiring demands in a timely mannerCollaborating with the Social Media team to implement innovative talent acquisition campaignsPartnering with Capability Building team as well as HR Processes & Analytics team to build robust talent pipelineManaging end to end recruitment process and life-cycle, including initial screening, assessments, interviews and extending offersLiaising with the Campus Strategy Lead to implement the campus strategy and achieve the campus recruitment targetsPartnering with Business to create agility of decision makingSticking and managing SLAs with line so that recruitment is faster and pro-activeEnsuring TAT and helping in process improvement of recruitment.Candidate Communication & ExperienceDelivering exemplary candidate experience byProcessing applications as per defined TATsEnsuring no application goes unaddressedUsing standard communications created by the Talent Brand & Communication team to engage with active candidates as well as pipelinePartnering with L&D and other relevant teams to ensure engaging and standardized on-boarding experienceTimely connect to offered candidates in order to avoid last moment drop outs or rescue plansStakeholder & Team ManagementCreating strategic alliances with business units to close demands in a timely mannerWorking closely with business units in order to understand the bottle necks and providing best possible solutionManaging productivity of recruitment officers mapped to the teamHR OperationsMaintaining accurate candidate data on E-Rec in a timely mannerEnsuring offer processing in compliance with prescribed TATsEnsuring end to end TA process is carried out in compliance with predefined TATs and SLAsEnsuring end to end TA process is carried out in compliance with recruitment policies and guidelinesLocation - Jaipur- Rajasthan Preferred Industry- Banking, NBFC, Insurance Min work Exp- 5 years to 8 years Interested profile may share their CVs at mention Email ID- sourabh.sanyal@hdfc.bank.in latest by 12th Dec 2025.
