Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven SEO Executive to join our vibrant digital marketing team. This fully remote role is tailored for professionals who thrive in dynamic environments and are ready to work during the US shift to cater to a global client base. As an SEO Executive, you will collaborate with specialists and managers to enhance organic search visibility and improve website performance.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute advanced SEO strategies that align with company objectives and industry best practices.
- Identify growth opportunities and actionable improvements through market trends and competitor analysis.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research to discover high-value, relevant keywords for optimization.
- Optimize on-page elements such as meta tags, headers, and content for maximum impact on target keywords.
- Collaborate with content creators to refine existing content and create engaging, SEO-friendly material.
- Ensure all content aligns with user needs and search engine requirements, adhering to best practices.
- Perform comprehensive technical SEO audits to diagnose and resolve issues affecting website performance, indexing, and crawling.
- Work closely with developers to implement technical recommendations and enhancements.
- Monitor and analyze backlink profiles, identifying and pursuing opportunities for high-quality link building.
- Develop and execute effective link-building strategies, including outreach to relevant websites and industry influencers.
- Leverage advanced SEO tools to analyze website performance, traffic trends, and user behavior.
- Prepare detailed, actionable reports on key SEO metrics, performance, and industry trends.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in SEO, ideally within a similar industry.
- Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, and others.
- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.
- Demonstrated leadership and initiative-taking capabilities.
- A collaborative team player with exceptional interpersonal skills.
