Feel free to enrich both your personal and work life and hop onboardWHY YOU’LL LOVE THIS JOB:The Sr Analyst, Maintenance Programs is part of the PSA Tech Ops Division of the PSA Tech Services Center. This role involves development and implementation of maintenance programs to ensure quality and safety, dedication to ensuring safety and reliability of PSA’s fleet, and working cross-functionally to drive continuous improvement.WHAT YOU’LL DO:This list is intended to reflect the current job but there may be additional essential functions (and certainly non-essential job functions) that are not referenced. Management will modify the job or require other tasks be performed whenever it is deemed appropriate to do so, observing, of course, any legal obligations including any collective bargaining obligations.- Manage and revise the CRJ-700/900 Maintenance Program, ensuring compliance with FAA regulations and PSA's GMM - Analyze reliability data to adjust recurring inspection and maintenance task intervals, ensuring safety, efficiency, and reliability objectives are met - Collaborate with Tech Services leadership to identify and implement process improvements and best practices - Ensure compliance with all FAA maintenance program requirements and PSA's GMM - Perform other duties as assigned by Tech Services leadership - Must be willing and able to travel 10% of the time, as needed, to the PSA HeadquartersALL YOU’LL NEED FOR SUCCESSMinimum Qualifications – Education & Prior Job Experience:- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field - 4 years of experience in aircraft maintenance, with a focus on maintenance program management - FAA 121 Airline Operator and associate FARs experience or equivalentPreferred Qualifications – Education & Prior Job Experience:- Master's degree in a relevant field - 6+ years of experience in aircraft maintenance, with a focus on maintenance program management - Experience with reliability-centered maintenance and maintenance program development - Familiarity with PSA's GMM and FAA regulationsSkills, Licenses, and Certifications:- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and collaboration skills - Strong knowledge of FAA regulations and industry standards - Experience with data analysis and interpretation - Familiarity with maintenance program management software and toolsLANGUAGE / COMMUNICATION SKILLS:- Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and written with all levels within the organization - Physical ability necessary to safely and successfully perform the essential functions of the position, with or without any legally required reasonable accommodations that do not pose an undue hardship.Note: If the Company has reason to question an employee’s physical ability to safely and/or successfully perform the position’s essential job functions, the HR team generally will engage in an interactive process to determine whether a reasonable accommodation is appropriate.
