Job Title: Intern - Customer Support (Voice & Non-Voice Process)Business Unit: Customer Experience, Central Support TeamDesignation: InternLocation: BangaloreEmployment Type: InternshipStipend: ₹15,000 per monthAbout the RoleAs a Customer Support Intern at Zolo, you will be the front line of our customer experience. You'll manage customer queries via voice calls and non-voice channels like emails and tickets, ensuring smooth and timely resolution of their issues.
