We are a passionate team that values creativity, collaboration, and continuous learning.We are looking for aSenior Graphic & Motion Designerwho can bring ideas to life throughstatic graphics, motion content, and branding projectswhile collaborating closely with the marketing and content teams.Role Overview As a Senior Graphic & Motion Designer, you will lead the visual creative process, crafting engaging graphics, videos, and animations for campaigns, social media, and brand identities. You will ensure all creative output is high-quality, consistent, and aligned with client and agency standards.Key Responsibilities Design visually compelling graphics for social media, campaigns, websites, and branding projects Create motion graphics, animations, reels, and short-form video content Develop and maintain brand identities for clients and internal projects Collaborate with marketing and content teams to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns Take ownership of projects from concept to final execution, ensuring quality and timely delivery Stay updated with design and motion trends, bringing fresh ideas to the team Mentor junior designers and maintain design consistency across projectsRequirements 2–4 years of experience ingraphic design and motion graphics Strong portfolio showcasing both static and motion work Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite(Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) Understanding of digital marketing trends and visual storytelling Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or collaboratively Passion for branding, design, and delivering high-quality visualsWhy Join Futurists Media Work in adynamic, fast-growing digital marketing agency Lead high-impact branding and digital campaigns Collaborative culture with mentorship and growth opportunities Creative freedom to experiment and contribute ideas across projectsHow to Apply Send your resume and portfolioto hello@futurists.in, with the subject line:Application – Senior Graphic & Motion Designer
