Description:Job Title : Company SecretaryAbout Uni:Uni is on a mission to make credit simple, transparent, and truly rewarding. Were building financial products that put customers first - with clarity, innovation, and trust at the core.What Youll Do:- Conduct Board Meetings, General Meetings, Audit Committee Meetings, and other statutory meetings.- Prepare draft agenda notes, board papers, and Directors Reports in line with company law requirements.- Prepare and issue Notices for Board, Committee, and Annual General Meetings as per the Companies Act.- Draft resolutions in accordance with the provisions of the Companies Act and applicable rules.- Draft Minutes of Board, Committee, and Annual General Meetings.- File statutory forms and returns with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA).- Maintain and update all Statutory Registers as required under the Companies Act and related rules.- Collect and record disclosures, declarations, and consents from Directors and present them before the Board.- Coordinate with Directors, Shareholders, and Board Committees for meetings, approvals, and documentation.- Manage monthly and quarterly RBI compliance, and ensure annual filings with MCA.- Support the company in meeting all secretarial, legal, and regulatory requirements.What Were Looking For:- Qualified Company Secretary (CS).- Experience in a regulated entity such as an NBFC, PPI, or Bank is a strong plus.- Strong understanding of the Companies Act, MCA filings, RBI guidelines, and corporate governance practices.- Excellent drafting, documentation, and coordination skills.- Ability to work independently with high ownership and attention to detail.
