Job Summary:

The MIS Executive is responsible for managing and maintaining the company's data systems, with a strong focus on automating workflows using Google Apps Script. This role includes data management, report generation, and the automation of business processes using Google Sheets, Google Apps Script, and other tools. The ideal candidate should be able to join immediately and contribute to improving data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Data Management and Automation:
  • Use Google Apps Script to automate workflows, including data extraction, transformation, and report generation.
  • Collect, clean, and organize data from various internal and external sources (Google Sheets, databases, etc.).
  • Perform data validation to ensure the accuracy of information before processing.
  1. Report Generation and Automation:
  • Develop and automate regular and ad-hoc reports using Google Sheets and Google Apps Script.
  • Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Google Data Studio or similar tools.
  • Maintain and update MIS reports and dashboards, ensuring timely delivery of insights to stakeholders.
  1. System Maintenance and Support:
  • Maintain and enhance existing MIS systems, ensuring they function efficiently.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to Google Apps Script and Google Workspace tools.
  • Identify opportunities to automate manual tasks and processes using Google Apps Script.
  1. Collaboration and Communication:
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Sales, and Operations, to understand reporting needs.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to help improve business processes.
  • Communicate effectively with teams to ensure timely execution of projects.
  1. Data Security and Confidentiality:
  • Ensure that data is securely stored and managed in compliance with the company's data protection policies.
  • Monitor and manage data access to ensure confidentiality and integrity.
  1. Training and User Support:
  • Provide training and guidance to team members on the use of Google Sheets, Google Apps Script, and reporting tools.
  • Offer technical support to users for issues related to data systems and reports.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
  • Immediate joiner required.
  • 1-3 years of experience in MIS, data management, or related roles.
  • Proficiency in Google Apps Script, Google Sheets, and Google Workspace tools.
  • Experience with Advanced Excel, , and data reporting tools like Power BI or Google Data Studio.
  • Experience with automation and workflow improvements using Google Apps Script.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
