Key Responsibilities :- Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Core Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.- Collaborate with product managers, architects, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.- Optimize and refactor code for performance, reliability, and scalability.- Implement secure coding practices and ensure compliance with BFSI regulatory requirements.- Work on integrating APIs and third-party services used in Banking, Finance, and Insurance systems.- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues efficiently.- Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and agile development cycles.- Contribute to the adoption of cloud platforms, DevOps practices, and emerging technologies within BFSI systems.Required Technical Skills : - Core Java expertise with strong OOP concepts.- Hands-on experience with Spring Boot and Microservices architecture.- Knowledge of RESTful APIs, JSON, and integration patterns.- Familiarity with BFSI domain workflows such as payments, risk management, or lending platforms.- Understanding of database technologies (SQL/NoSQL) and caching mechanisms.- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization tools (Docker/Kubernetes).- Knowledge of security standards (OAuth2, JWT, SSL/TLS) in BFSI environments is a plus.Education : - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (ref:hirist.tech)
