SAP SCM-Transport Management ConsultantExperience - 5-10Years Location - Pan IndiaThe TM Lead Consultant will be involved in full cycle, large-scale, end-to-end projects and play a key role in designing and delivering an SAP TM solution to global clients. They will work in a project team and directly work with clients daily and will play a critical role in demonstrating advisory capability and technology prowess in the delivery of SAP S/4HANA solutions. To that end, the candidate we seek will need the ability to articulate complex ideas persuasively and have a talent for showing clients that we have the right solutions to their most pressing issues. Diagnose and tackle complex business situations in Transportation Management. Design and implement SAP TM based solutions to address those situations.Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate, and document customer requirements Participate in various project stages such as, Fit-Gap Analysis, Template Build, Testing and Go-LiveKnowledge of advanced TM functionality such as Order and delivery-based planning, Optimizer based planning, Automatic carrier selection and tendering, Advanced charge calculation (consolidated, event-based, air/rail/ocean functionality), Load planning and optimization (TLB) Document functional designs, test cases & Perform Unit Testing, System Testing, Integration Testing and Regression Testing of objectsAct as a liaison between the business functions cutting across various countries, functional and technical teams.Identify gaps, issues, and work around solutions Strong skills in TM processes such as Shipping, Transportation Network, Manual carrier selection & tendering, Delivery based planning, Transportation Execution, Basic charge calculation and freight settlement
