About CRISIL Ratings Limited (A subsidiary of CRISIL Limited, an S&P Global Company) CRISIL Ratings pioneered the concept of credit rating in India in 1987. With a tradition of independence, analytical rigor and innovation, we set the standards in the credit rating business. We rate the entire range of debt instruments, such as, bank loans, certificates of deposit, commercial paper, non-convertible / convertible / partially convertible bonds and debentures, perpetual bonds, bank hybrid capital instruments, asset-backed and mortgage backed securities, partial guarantees, and other structured debt instruments. We have rated over 35,000 large and mid-scale corporates and financial institutions. Job
SRA (Investor Relations) will be responsible for supporting the Investor Relations team and managing relations with investors in the debt market and building market intelligence.
We are looking for professionals with a minimum of 4 to 8 years experience in a role involving investor interaction, who possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well reliable analytical capabilities.
Touchbase, build & grow relationship with investors of Indian Debt market across Mutual Funds, Insurers, Banks, Corporates, AIFs, etc.
- Co-ordinate with teams for managing outreach & presentation to investors
- Utilize excel to manage data related to contacts, investor meetings to analyze trends for the team.
- Monitor and track investment flows in the debt market and stay updated with market trends and latest developments.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for the team from discussions with investors and internal stakeholders.
- Conduct analysis of usage of ratings by investors, regularly track the market to remain updated about the same.
- Execute projects to solve ad-hoc requests from investors. Implement processes for delivery of periodic tasks.
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Analytical mindset with logical reasoning skills. Ability to interpret data, identify trends and draw meaningful insights.
- Knowledge of financial markets, investment products and industry trends, particularly within the debt market
- Excellent presentation skills with the ability to create impactful PowerPoint presentations.
- A good team player, positive attitude, motivated and eager to learn.
- Willing to take feedback and adopt it in their work.
