Project Manager – Fieldglass

ABOUT THE ROLE: Are you an experienced Project Manager who thrives on driving efficiency and delivering results with expertise in SAP Fieldglass and Managed Service Provider (MSP) processes? If so, we can't wait to meet you. Your new role will see you travelling from time to time but predominately based out of offices in Ahmedabad as you manage strategic projects with a focus on contingent workforce solutions, driving measurable business outcomes and ensuring alignment with enterprise goals.YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE BUT NOT BE LIMITED TO:Lead projects involving SAP Fieldglass implementation, optimization, and integrations.Oversee MSP programs, ensuring seamless operations and process excellence.Drive end-to-end project management activities – planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery – with a focus on Lean Six Sigma methodologies to eliminate waste and streamline processes.Establish up overall project governance including the creation and adaptations of project documentation.Execute project planning from pre sales engagement, requirements, design, build, testing, deployment and migration to business-as-usual (BAU) operationProactively report project outcomes, progress, risks and escalations, including preparation of weekly status and steerco meeting documentationManage all project resources – internal and external to perform tasks according to plan and budget, as required.Facilitation of customer and team status meetings, maintenance and distribution of project tracking and status documentation.Produce and distribute agendas where agreed priorDevelop and implement robust communications plan to ensure successful management of changeCoordination, scheduling, and facilitation of Organizational, Site and Functional Area assessment workshops.Maintains knowledge of various VMS partner applications to support program workflow definition, initial configuration of customer instance, and to assist in responding to customer questions and concernsAssists with the development and maintenance of the Global CoE implementation methodologyDiscusses project planning and issues with customer (as appropriate)Conduct project close-out and lessons learned meetings internally and with the customer, including the implementation of process improvement recommendationsAssists with sales activities as requiredABOUT YOU: From day 1 you will be able to demonstrate your:Minimum of 3 years proven experience as a Project ManagerExpertise in SAP FieldglassExcellence in using Monday.comExperience working in an MSP / RPO / SOW environmentExperience in leading and delivering previous software and systems implementationsSelf-directed and an energetic Project Manager style with skills to answer complex business problems and gain buy in from key business leads.Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to communicate highly technical concepts across all levels of the businessGoal orientated, action focus with an ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities and work to deadlines.Strong attention to detail, analytical skills and resourcefulnessFlexibility and adaptability to changeFamiliarity with Managed Service Provider (MSP) frameworks for workforce management.Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and manage projects using Agile or similar methodologies.Experience working with cross-functional, global teams and delivering complex projects within tight timelines.Excellent problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.knowledge or certification in Lean Six Sigma Green Belt preferredNICE TO HAVE:You may also have but it is not mandatory:Knowledge of Change Management methodologies to manage communication and engagement of all impacted stakeholdersWHY JOIN IMPELLAM GROUP?Opportunity to work on strategic projects with a focus on innovation and process excellence.Be part of a dynamic and collaborative team driving business transformation.Exposure to global clients and cutting-edge workforce management solutions.Professional growth through hands-on experience and Lean Six Sigma-driven initiatives.WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU: At Impellam Group your job is not your final destination.
