Valuesustainable, holistic growthand a culture that truly nurtures independence and collaboration.Role OverviewAs a Subject Expert & Program Lead, you will deliver multiple academic programs within your subject area throughpersonalized, high-engagement instructionYour responsibilities will include: International Boards: Teaching IB, IGCSE, CBSE, and ICSE curricula with unique pedagogy Olympiads & Challenges: Training for national and International competitions Standardised Tests: Preparing students for subject-based aptitude and admission exams. Content Development: Designing rigorous, structured, and student-friendly materialsCandidate Profile Master’s degree in the subject preferred (minimum: Graduate with proven teaching experience) Strong subject expertise in their subject Excellent command of English (spoken and written) Confident, energetic, growth-oriented, and student-centric mindsetCompensation & Benefits Comprehensive Training: 2 months (compensated) Post- Training-: ₹3,60,000 CTC annually + performance-based incentives Work Hours: ~50 hours/week (6 days).
