We are seeking experienced SAP ABAP Consultants to join our dynamic team in Chennai or Bangalore. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in SAP ABAP development, with expertise in S4/Hana, CDS Views, OData, RAP, RICEF, and OOABAP. As an SAP ABAP Consultant, you will play a crucial role in implementing and customizing SAP solutions to meet our clients' business needs.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop, enhance, and maintain SAP ABAP programs, interfaces, and reports according to business requirements.
  • Work closely with functional consultants and business users to understand business processes and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Design and implement CDS Views and OData services for data modeling and integration.
  • Utilize RAP (ABAP RESTful Application Programming Model) for building scalable and efficient applications on the SAP Cloud Platform.
  • Develop and customize RICEF (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms) objects to support business processes.
  • Apply object-oriented programming principles to design and implement efficient and maintainable ABAP code.
  • Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure the quality and stability of developed solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions within project timelines.
  • Stay updated with SAP technologies, tools, and best practices to continuously enhance skills and contribute to project success.
Skills and Qualifications :
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development.
  • Proficiency in S4/Hana and familiarity with the latest SAP technologies and methodologies.
  • Strong knowledge of CDS Views, OData, RAP, and other SAP Fiori development concepts.
  • Experience with RICEF objects development and customization.
  • Solid understanding of object-oriented programming concepts and best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
