Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Nursing Tutor for a full-time position in Jamshedpur. The role involves educating and training nursing students through a structured clinical and academic curriculum. Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective teaching methodologies for nursing students in both classroom and clinical settings.

  • Assess and monitor student performance, providing individualized feedback to promote academic and clinical proficiency.
  • Create, evaluate, and update instructional materials and curriculum plans to align with nursing education standards.
  • Mentor and support students in achieving their educational goals and prepare them for professional nursing examinations.
  • Collaborate with academic and healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive and holistic educational approach.
  • Participate in faculty meetings, professional development programs, and contribute to the enhancement of the institutions educational initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during clinical training and maintain a safe learning environment.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficient in nursing education and capable of delivering comprehensive classroom lectures and practical sessions effectively.
  • Experience in clinical training with the ability to supervise, guide, and demonstrate nursing practices consistently to students.
  • Skilled in continuous student monitoring including performance tracking, providing constructive feedback, and fostering a supportive learning environment.
  • Proficient in assessment and evaluation techniques to measure student progress and adapt teaching strategies accordingly.
  • Exceptional teaching and training skills with a focus on engaging students and enhancing their learning experience through innovative methodologies.
  • In-depth theoretical knowledge of nursing principles and practices, with the ability to convey complex concepts in an understandable manner.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with students from diverse backgrounds and foster an inclusive educational atmosphere.
  • Ability to collaborate with colleagues to improve curriculum development and integrate current trends and advancements in the nursing field.
