Snowflake Data Engineer📍 Location: Remote, India 💼 Job Type: Full-timeWe are looking for an experienced Snowflake Data Engineer to join our growing data engineering team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Snowflake, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), and modern data engineering practices, with the ability to design and implement scalable data pipelines that support business-critical analytics and reporting.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, build, and maintain data ingestion and automation pipelines using Snowflake, Snowpipe, SQL, and cloud-native services.Develop and manage ELT workflows ensuring data quality, integrity, and consistency across systems.Work with AWS services (S3, EC2, CloudWatch, Lambda) to enable efficient data integration with Snowflake.Implement and support CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub, and Terraform for automated deployments.Apply advanced Snowflake features such as Time Travel, Data Masking, Warehouse Sizing, and Performance Optimization.Troubleshoot, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and resolve production issues in Snowflake and data pipelines.Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver data-driven insights.Contribute to improving data engineering best practices, coding standards, and process automation.Key Skills & Experience5–7 years of experience in Data Engineering / BI with hands-on expertise in Snowflake.Strong knowledge of SQL, Python, DBT, and workflow orchestration tools like Apache Airflow.Proven experience with AWS (S3, EC2, Lambda, CloudWatch) and exposure to Azure or GCP.Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub, Terraform) for data pipeline automation.Good understanding of data warehousing concepts, ETL/ELT pipelines, and performance optimization.Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle production issues and deliver timely solutions.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Nice to HaveExperience with Google BigQuery and GCP ecosystem.Knowledge of data visualization tools (Power BI, Data Studio, Tableau).Exposure to sustainability or automotive industry data projects.EducationMaster’s degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent qualification.👉 If you are passionate about building scalable data solutions and want to work on impactful global projects, we’d love to hear from you
