Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning, data science, and software engineering, with a proven track record of developing and deploying machine learning models.

This role requires a deep understanding of advanced machine learning techniques, data analysis, and software development best practices.

Key Responsibilities :

- Model Development : Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models to solve complex business problems.

- Data Analysis : Perform extensive data analysis to derive insights and inform model development.

- Algorithm Selection : Select appropriate machine learning algorithms based on the problem requirements and data characteristics.

- Feature Engineering : Perform feature engineering to enhance model performance.

- Model Evaluation : Evaluate model performance using appropriate metrics and techniques.

- Scalability : Ensure models are scalable and optimized for production environments.

- Collaboration : Work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to integrate machine learning solutions into products.

- Research : Stay updated with the latest developments in machine learning and incorporate new techniques as appropriate.

- Mentorship : Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance.

Key Skills :

- Machine Learning : Deep expertise in machine learning algorithms and techniques, including supervised and unsupervised learning, deep learning, and reinforcement learning.

- Programming : Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java, with a strong emphasis on Python.

- Data Manipulation : Experience with data manipulation and analysis libraries such as pandas, NumPy, and SciPy.

- Machine Learning Libraries : Proficiency with machine learning libraries and frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and XGBoost.

- Data Engineering : Knowledge of data engineering principles and experience with tools such as Apache Spark, Hadoop, or similar.

- Software Development : Strong software development skills, including experience with version control (Git) and software development best practices.

- Cloud Platforms : Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure for deploying machine learning models.

- Big Data : Familiarity with big data technologies and processing large datasets.

- Statistical Analysis : Strong foundation in statistical analysis and hypothesis testing.

- Communication : Excellent communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications :

Educational Background :


- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.

- A PhD is a plus.

Professional Experience :


10 to 12 years of relevant experience in machine learning, data science, or a related field.
